The Dining Room

The watchword in the restaurant is comfortable. The menu is in plain English. The servers are friendly and knowledgable. And, like the rest of the hotel, the dining room is smoke-free.

Breakfast
For breakfast you may enjoy freshly-squeezed orange juice, eggs cooked to order, French Toast, Belgian waffles, pancakes, and many other breakfast items. Our coffee is rich and tasty. You can also choose from a wide variety of teas. Breakfast for two is included in the room tariff.

Dinner
We offer carefully prepared food made with fresh ingredients, locally grown when possible. The menu changes frequently, to reflect our chef's latest inspirations and what is available.

Before dinner you may wish to enjoy a cocktail in the Silver Spur Lounge, the History Room, on the outdoor deck, or in our Gallery. Our bar has premium spirits. Of course, we have mixed drinks, single malt Scotches, wines by the glass, a wide selection of beers and ales, and many non-alcoholic beverages as well. Then, join us in the dining room for dinner.





Complete the experience with a selection, by the glass or by the bottle, from our extensive wine list. And, if you wish, move to the History Room or in front of the fire in the Gallery for dessert, coffee, or an after-dinner drink.
